The terms that apply when you use this website, register for our events, or become a member.

This website is operated by the New Zealand Telugu Association (NZTA), a registered non-profit organisation. By browsing this site, registering for an event, applying for membership or submitting any form, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:
Membership is open to anyone who supports our purpose. Membership applications are reviewed by the committee, and we may decline or revoke a membership where our rules or these terms are not met.
Membership fees and benefits are as described on our membership pages at the time you apply. Fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been granted.
Registering for an event does not guarantee a place until any required payment is complete and we have confirmed your registration.
Event details, dates, venues and pricing may change. Where an event is changed or cancelled by us, we will contact registered attendees and explain the options available.
Refund and transfer conditions vary by event and are set out on the relevant event page. Please read them before you register.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Donations are voluntary and, unless stated otherwise for a specific appeal, are non-refundable.
Donations support our cultural, community and welfare activities. Where an appeal is for a specific purpose, we will apply funds to that purpose or, if it can no longer be met, to a closely related one.
You are responsible for anything you submit to us, including business listings, talent profiles and enquiries, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
By submitting content you allow us to use it for the purpose it was provided — for example, publishing an approved business listing in our directory. We may edit, decline or remove submissions at our discretion.
Our sponsors and advertisers are independent businesses. Listing a sponsor is not an endorsement or a warranty of their goods or services, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
This site also links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
We photograph and film our events to share with the community. By attending, you accept that you may appear in those images. If you would prefer not to, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The NZTA name, logo, and the text, images and design of this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a revised date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have any questions about these terms, please email us at info@nzta.org.
